These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the uuujl platform. By registering an account or using any uuujl service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2.1 By accessing the uuujl Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by uuujl, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and uuujl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 uuujl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or engage in Real Money Play on the uuujl Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. uuujl strictly prohibits access by minors and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with forfeiture of any balance therein.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The uuujl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. uuujl accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on uuujl.
uuujl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by uuujl may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the uuujl Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. uuujl reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuujl Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify uuujl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. uuujl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). uuujl may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uuujl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Philippine debit cards are accepted for deposits. Credit card gambling deposits are not permitted in accordance with Philippine regulations.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the uuujl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. uuujl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
5.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your uuujl Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. uuujl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. uuujl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, as notified to the Player.
5.6 Chargebacks. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction is a violation of these Terms. uuujl reserves the right to suspend the Account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of any funds lost as a result of a chargeback.
6.1 General. uuujl may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. uuujl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit promotions, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal. uuujl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
7.1 You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the uuujl Platform:
7.2 uuujl reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this Section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the uuujl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of uuujl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 The uuujl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of uuujl. You may not use any uuujl trademark without our prior written consent.
9.1 Platform Availability. uuujl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uuujl reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
9.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uuujl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, uuujl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. uuujl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9.5 Force Majeure. uuujl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, the records maintained by uuujl's systems shall be the primary reference. Players may submit a formal dispute by contacting uuujl support. uuujl will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
10.1 uuujl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate self-exclusion directly from their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
10.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
10.4 Age Restriction. uuujl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

11.1 By uuujl. uuujl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting uuujl support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Wallet (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13.
12.1 uuujl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, uuujl will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 uuujl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the rights of any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
